About the System

One Steel Platform. Any Finish Level.

LGSBuilt modular buildings are constructed module by module on a light gauge steel chassis, inside a controlled factory environment — off the critical path of weather, site access, and trade scheduling. Each module is CNC-fabricated, assembled, and quality-checked indoors before it ever leaves the shop floor.

From there, you choose how finished it arrives. Take delivery as a sealed structural shell and finish it yourself, order it partially finished with exterior cladding and rough-ins complete, or go fully turnkey — flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and finishes installed and inspected before it ships.

Modules are transported by truck, and where road access isn't an option, by barge — then set in place by crane onto your foundation. The same system scales from a single-module laneway suite to a multi-module home or commercial building.

Your project is designed and engineered as a series of modules on our steel chassis system — sized for your site, building type, and chosen finish level.

Factory-Built
Each module is fabricated and assembled indoors on the steel chassis, finished to your selected level, and quality-checked before it leaves the shop.

Transported to Site
Completed modules are wrapped and shipped by truck — or by barge for remote and coastal sites without road access.

Set & Finished
Modules are lifted into place by crane on your foundation, joined together, and connected to utilities. Final finishing completes on site.
