From your first enquiry to the last bolt — here's exactly how an LGSBuilt kit goes from concept to completed structure.
Every LGSBuilt order follows the same clear process — whether you're ordering a single shed kit or a full residential framing package.
Browse our standard named kits and select the size and configuration that suits your project. Not sure what you need? Tell us your dimensions, load requirements, and end use — our team will recommend the right product and spec it out for you. All kits are available in custom sizes at no extra complexity.

We provide a detailed, itemised quote within 24 hours for standard kits — 48 hours for custom configurations. The quote includes every component, finish option, delivery estimate, and total cost. No surprises. Once you approve, we move straight into fabrication.

Your kit is cut, punched, and formed on our CNC roll-forming equipment to less than 1mm tolerance. Every component is labelled and bundled in assembly order. Finish options include Z275 galvanised, Z350 hot-dip galvanised, epoxy primer, or powder coat in your chosen RAL colour.

Your kit arrives flat-packed with a numbered assembly guide, all fasteners included, and every component pre-labelled. Standard kits assemble in a fraction of the time of traditional construction — no welding, no site cutting, no specialist trades required. Just follow the guide and build.

No hidden extras. Every LGSBuilt kit ships complete with everything required for assembly.
Step-by-step illustrated instructions. Every component labelled to match the guide — no guessing.
CNC-cut to sub-millimetre tolerance. Every stud, track, and brace is ready to install — zero site cutting required.
Tek screws, clips, brackets, and connectors. The full hardware set — pre-sorted and bagged by assembly stage.
Fabrication records and material certifications included. Custom orders include stamped engineering drawings on request.
No specialist trades required. Most kits assemble with a cordless drill (with a Tek screw bit), a tape measure, and a level. Our assembly guides are written for builders and confident DIYers alike. For larger structural packages, we recommend a framing crew familiar with LGS — but no welding or cutting is ever needed.
Standard kits typically fabricate and ship within 3–10 business days depending on the product. Custom-sized or custom-configured orders take 10–20 business days. We'll give you a firm delivery estimate at the time of quoting, and notify you as soon as your order ships.
Absolutely. All our standard kit sizes are a starting point. We can adjust width, depth, height, door and window rough openings, load ratings, finish colour, and more. Just let us know your requirements in the quote request and we'll spec it accordingly — usually at the same lead time as a standard kit for minor variations.
All LGSBuilt steel is supplied with a minimum Z275 galvanised coating. You can also select Z350 hot-dip galvanised (for high-corrosion environments), epoxy primer, or full powder coat in any RAL colour. Finish options are confirmed at the quote stage.
We supply and fabricate — we don't currently offer on-site installation as a standard service. However, we can recommend experienced LGS contractors in your area, and our team is always available by phone or email to assist with technical questions during your assembly.
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We'll fabricate and ship a replacement component at no charge. Our steel ships flat-packed and well-protected, but we stand behind every order.
